Replacement or New Install Roofing

In some cases a new roof is not necessary. A few ways to be sure your roof is in tip top shape is to check the paperwork. Check the age of the roof and length of warranty. Generally a warranty will run the lifespan of the material used. If your roof was done 20 years ago and is rated for a 20-25 year lifespan it may be time to change your roof. Check your shingles after a storm, they should lay flat. If they are sticking up it may be time to change. Check to see if they are worn as well. Worn shingles are a sign to replace.

If you aren't a roofer and need to be sure you may give us a call and we will send a licensed roofer to your home to perform a no cost inspection. Depending on your environment you may need to replace a few shigles rather the entire roof.
